increases engine RPM, only while in park or neutral, in order to provide
higher output of the alternator under heavy electrical loading conditions.
Auto throttles can be used on many types of vehicles and are an excellent
choice for applications using DC to AC inverters.
When equipped with the optional VoltGuard(R) Electronic Low/Battery Voltage
Actuator, the automatic throttle activates when the vehicle's voltage drops
below 12.6 Vdc and returns to idle after voltage exceeds 13.2 Vdc.
